The 2 separate fees are:
- HOTEL FEE: Covers accommodation and Breakfasts, and is paid directly to the hotel.
- RETREAT FEE: Covers all activities planned - Cocktail Party, City Tour, Graduation Ceremony, Graduation After Party, Lunches and Dinners during the retreat, and much, much more.
The cost of $1,085 for the retreat covers a comprehensive package designed to provide an exceptional experience for all participants. This includes two lunches, coffee breaks, a welcome cocktail dinner, a city tour, a dinner out, a graduation ceremony and dinner party, a goodie bag, all necessary materials and equipment, meeting rooms, and service charges and taxes.
Additionally, this price reflects our commitment to delivering a high-quality event without compromising on the experience, while also ensuring that the retreat remains financially sustainable. It’s important to note that HSA strives to make these events break-even and does not profit from them. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Of course! Your spouse, friend, or family member is welcome to be a part of the event together with the HSA community. The same fee applies.
No. The retreat fee is non-refundable, but you can transfer your seat to another person. Please check directly with the hotel regarding transferring accommodation.
