I love my work as a Solution Focused Coach, a Trauma Informed Coach, Happiness Facilitator, Workshop Designer & Leader, Speaker, Consultant, Mentor & Yoga Teacher.
You can find me every morning – reading a page or two from each of the 20 books I currently has on the go. My personal library is well stocked with an estimated 400 books with titles as diverse as Little House on the Prairie, The Bhagavad Gita & The Mindful Way to Happiness.
Being a lifelong self directed learner has enriched my life beyond measure; and now my rich life includes two grandchildren where I am discovering the joys of Lego and train tracks; I already had a love of unicorns and rainbows.
