My name es Erika Ugalde and I have ten years of experience in the sales area. In 2014, I took an important decision: a career change.
I have always enjoyed connecting with people and having continuous learning experiences for myself and others. So I certified as a Coach in Mexico on 2016. After that, I moved to Perú, in where I continued to increase my practice and knowledge in Facilitation and Learning Processes with different companies, NGOs and individuals. Next, I took a Body and Movement certification in Chile on 2019, which inspired me to create a program: “The Presence of the Leader”. In 2019, I certified in Happiness Studies.
The experience I have gotten in Sales and Category Management has allowed me to have a global and broader vision of organizations, as well as to recognize internal challenges in terms of human relations.
