Alina Bassegoda

In a very eclectic and diverse career, Alina is the founder and director of Mente en Forma SC, and has been teaching at university level for more than 25 years. She holds a BA degree in International Relations from El Colegio de México, and two master’s degrees from Stanford University. She is passionate about education in general, and adult education in particular, as the path to social development, personal growth and happiness. Alina has been happily married for over 27 years, and is the mother of three amazing kids.
